Our most inclusive offering is perfect for busy, high-profile couples. We manage the hiring, negotiation and management of your entire vendor team and work in collaboration with premium creative partners to design your entire wedding weekend experience. From invitations, to menu curation, to tablescape and floral design, we curate a legacy celebration that you and your guests will remember for decades to come.

Our Services
After reaching out about your event date, we’ll meet for a complimentary 45-minute discovery call to understand your vision and answer your questions. You’ll receive a customized proposal with information on your desired service, investment and payment plan shortly after. Once you accept the proposal, we’ll sign a contract and the fun can begin!
The big day is here! As you get pampered and visit with your nearest and dearest, we’ll produce the celebration of the year. Every detail will be attended to, every design will be flawlessly executed, and you’ll have the freedom and peace of mind to truly be a guest, too.

We love weddings with a classic and elegant aesthetic that has a twist. Whether you want to incorporate certain colourful elements into your decor, or want to push the modern envelope, we’ll help you make it happen. Our creative versatility allows us to infuse our couples' personalities into the mix of what we're creating while keeping the overall look and feel of their wedding stylish, romantic, and timeless.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
what is simplicity events' design style?
We always recommend hiring a wedding planner because the venue coordinator works for the venue, and a wedding planner works for you. As a wedding planner, our job is to advocate for you and prioritize your needs above everything else. Venue coordinators are phenomenal in helping with details specifically related to the venue, but they’re typically not able to prioritize your wedding and vision the way a wedding planner will.
Our service offerings are designed to include everything needed to make your wedding as unique as you are, and make you feel taken care of. So, while it is possible to customize a few minor elements of our services, most couples accept what we offer as-is.
